The sixth annual Big Tom Memorial Steelhead Tournament will be held on Saturday, October 30th.
Prizes will be awarded for Steelhead trout caught during Tournament hours. The entry fee for the tournament is 25.00 per person. This fee will include eligibility for all door prizes as well as dinner after the Tournament, complements of Michael's Bar and Grille. Entry fees may be paid at Michael's which is located at 129 W. U.S. 10 in downtown Ludington. You may also register online. All registration fees must be paid by 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 30. All anglers are urged to attend a rules clarification meeting at 7:30 p.m. Friday, October 30

Greetings fellow Steelheaders…It’s that time of year again. After a winter that has been less severe than the last few I am happy to report that once again those silver torpedoes that we love so much are staging near our shores and ascending our rivers. After an exceptional fall Steelhead season that carried over into a very nice winter fishery, there are great numbers of fish around and they are hungry!!
This year, by popular demand, we will hold a separate Brown Trout tournament later in April and focus our early tournament solely on Steelhead. Prizes will be awarded for Steelhead trout caught during Tournament hours. The entry fee for the tournament is 25.00 per person.
